Hi! I am Marwa!

… Your Certified Nutrition Coach and the Founder of Pomodoro Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching.

It has taken me a decade to get here, it doesn’t have to be the same for you…

I’ve struggled with my weight for most of my life. I identified with being overweight and believed that sugar addiction and emotional eating would define the rest of my life… until 10 years ago.

In 2012, I put on my favorite skirt, and it didn’t fit me anymore. That was my wakeup call!

I realized I didn’t feel good in body and had low energy levels.

Since then, I’ve worked hard to make changes to my lifestyle and eating habits. I made an effort to understand my body, listen to it and make healthier food choices to nourish it. I discovered a physical activity that was fun for me and one that I genuinely enjoyed.

By consistently practicing small lifestyle changes, I was able to reach my goal and become a healthier version of myself. One that I love and am comfortable with.

Change is hard… but possible!

Changing unhealthy habits is painful and uncomfortable, especially when you are on your own in this journey.

I was happy and proud of the results I achieved, but some days I felt in need of support, encouragement, and reassurance to keep me moving.

It was longing for someone to show me how to continue to strive for the best version of myself and help me stay consistent and motivated..

Change is hard at first, messy in the middle, and gorgeous at the end.

– Robin Sharma

Did I reach my goal?…

Yes! I finally addressed and eradicated my PCOS symptoms, balanced my hormones and took charge of my appetite. This in turn allowed me to feel more energized and active, and maintain a healthy weight and body composition, without ever having to feel deprived or follow a restrictive diet. More than anything, I felt more empowered.

My experience helped me connect more with myself than ever before. I discover my IKIGAI. My challenges and personal journey inspired me to be of service to people. Some vital facts I realized are:

  • Living healthy is a lifetime journey, not a one-time event, so I will continue learning, growing, upgrading my skills, and practicing new healthy habits consistently.
  • Behavior change is hard at first, and can be overwhelming for many, but it is absolutely possible to achieve.
  • At the core, we all want to live well and feel great in our bodies, but we are sometimes unsure of where to start and what to expect.

I am now committed to help others become the healthiest version of themselves.

I believe in and encourage them throughout their wellbeing journey, and offer them the support they need and deserve.

I hope my journey inspires you to take a step towards health and wellness!

Let’s get started!
