Hi! I am Marwa!

Your Holistic Nutritionist in Dubai, Certified Nutrition Coach & Founder of Pomodoro Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching.
It has taken me a decade to get here…
It doesn’t have to be the same for you.
I’ve struggled with my weight and emotional eating for most of my life. For years, I believed that sugar addiction, stress-eating, and hormonal imbalances were just “my reality.”
But in 2012, something changed.
I pulled out my favorite skirt, and it didn’t fit anymore. That moment hit hard. Not just because of the size, but because I felt constantly tired, out of balance, and disconnected from my body.
That was my wake-up call.
I decided to listen to my body for the first time in a long time. I didn’t follow a fad diet, I followed myself. I learned to nourish my body with food, movement, and habits that worked for me. Step by step, I transformed my relationship with food, my health, and my identity.
The result? More energy, stable hormones, and a strong healthy body I feel confident in. No guilt. No obsession. Just freedom.
Change is hard… but absolutely possible.
As someone who’s been there, I know that behavior change can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re doing it alone.
Some days, I wanted someone to tell me, “You’ve got this. Keep going. You’re doing great.”
That’s why I became that person for others.
Because change shouldn’t feel like punishment. It should feel like empowerment.
Change is hard at first, messy in the middle, and gorgeous at the end.
– Robin Sharma
Did I reach my goal?…
Yes, and so much more than I expected.
I reversed my PCOS symptoms naturally, restored my hormonal balance, and learned how to manage my appetite without restrictive dieting. I now maintain a healthy body composition, steady energy levels, and a deeply nourishing lifestyle… without cutting out joy.
But the real shift was internal. I discovered my IKIGAI, my reason for being.
I realized I was meant to help others reclaim their health and confidence, just like I did.
Who I am today?
Today, I’m not just a Holistic Nutritionist in Dubai, I’m a certified Nutrition Coach Pn1, Nutrition for Metabolic Health Specialist, Change Psychology Specialist, and currently advancing my training as a Functional Medicine Practitioner.
I work with individuals, corporate teams, and communities (locally and online) to support sustainable health and behavior change.
My approach is deeply holistic. I believe health isn’t just about food or fitness… it’s about how we feel, think, connect, and live. Our mental, emotional, environmental, social, and even existential health are just as important as what’s on our plate.
I’m now committed to helping others become the healthiest version of themselves. Whether you’re looking to manage emotional eating, improve your metabolism, improve your relationship with food, or simply feel good again, I’m here to guide you with clarity, compassion, and care.
